For and in consideration of the County's providing the use of the above-mentioned building, facility, or grounds, I, the undersigned, individually, jointly and in any representative or legal capacity, on behalf of my respective self, heirs, executors and/or administrators, do hereby waive, release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the COUNTY OF KAUAI, its officers, employees and agents, individually and in their official capacity, from all liability of loss of the above-described County building, facility, or grounds. I further avow that my aforesaid waiver, release, discharge and agreement shall be applicable to any guest or participant in any program or event conducted or held by the Applicant at the above-described building, facility, or grounds.

1. To apply for a camping permit, please complete the application linked here and return to:
a. If your time of arrival is between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays; your permit can be obtained at our office. Refer to the above address.
b. If your time of arrival is after our regular office hours, weekends and holidays; your permit can be obtained from the Park Ranger at the camp site, provided the following stipulations are made.
- This application must be filled out completly and mailed back at least one month prior to first camp date.
- Parks Permit Section will stamp your application "APPROVED" and mail it back to you. You must have this application with you at the camp site when the Park Ranger does his rounds. The Park Ranger will issue your permit to you for $3.00 per night per adult. The total amount due on your permit will be verified by the Parks Permit Section and written in on your permit application. You must have the exact amount, in U.S. Dollars, ready for payment.
3. We accept reservations for large eleemosynary groups registered with the State of Hawaii (i.e., Scouts, Sierra Groups, etc.). Please submit proof of registration when you apply for a permit.
